If you wish to come by the office, please give us a call prior to allow us to allocate time from one of our dedicated team to you. When you come to the office, if you are wanting to sign up on the same day please provide the list of documents below:

• X2 Proof of address
• X2 Proof of ID
• Proof of NMC pin
• Proof of NI
• DBS certificate
• 3 Reference contact’s
• Any nursing certificates

In England and Wales, it is a statutory requirement to undergo a DBS check; if you had signed up with the update service when you did your last check, you could provide us with this number. If you have not had a DBS check or signed up with the update service or you have had a conviction since your last check, you will be required to undergo a new DBS check.

In Scotland, you will require a Scottish Disclosure, although you can work for 14 days using your English DBS until this comes through.
